What works for one person doesn't always work for another, I've found. And I'm going to start by saying I think you're hot so what's the problem?
But I honestly weighed 225lbs. when i finally popped out my son, and lost 85 lbs. just by walking 4 miles a day, using the weight watchers diet, and crunches. I know you said no pills, but these are good for you and help regulate your metabolism, get fish oil pills, they're really inexpensive. Drink 10 glasses of water a day, it does really work.

well something that helps with love handles is getting two dumbbells of the same weight, I started with 10 lbs weights. Stand a little more than shoulder width apart. Rock back and fourth doing 25 reps on each side. Do this 3 times for starters and work your way up.
To tone your arms use some dumbbells again I once again started with 10 lbs. Start them at your side, and pull upward to your shoulder height. Do 10-15 reps per time. and do it about 3 times. Then pull them in front of you doing the same thing. I generally try to use a machine for my legs.
If you can get ahold of an exercise ball they really help control different areas on your abs. Start by laying on the all with your butt hanging out and do crunches. Then lay on the ground, knees at about a 90 degree angle on top of the ball and do some more crunches. Try to sit on the ball and balance on it, this works many different areas on your abs.
