I am disgusting and pimply fat and gross???!


Question: I'm getting fat and breaking out horribly because I eat so many hot pockets and breakfast sandwiches help me I think I'm going to be one of those fat Americans that everyone stereotypes us as. Help me. How do i tone up and lose wait help me. Love robert. I need self control too. Will hypnosis calm my food binges? help love Robbie.

Sorry to hear you're struggling....but at least you noticed you are on a destructive path, health-wise. I have recently, within the last 6 months, lost 40 pounds. One of the biggest things i had to overcome mentally was that food is nourishment and nothing more. Eating is for health and to fuel my body and that's it. I quite going out to celebratory dinners, I quit eating birthday cake just because it was someone's birthday party and I started feeling better immediately. I eat because my body needs food and I eat good things because that's what makes it run the best, like a machine. Hot pockets won't fill me up, they'll make me feel lethargic...so I am going to have a tuna salad sammie on wheat bread instead....it's fueling me. I need that....I don't need a hot pocket. Anyway, if you want to be email buddies, write me...I would love to speak further.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
get a hobby, it looks like you are eating out of boredom. Occupy yourself.

Robbie, I'm pretty sure hot pockets are on a holocaust mission to destroy the microwave generation of kids. Don't eat that crap! Even a cheeseburger would be better. Also, you can still eat junk just don't eat as much. Small portions are the key to healthy weight. Don't gorge. Also, if you're pimply use face wash in the morning and night. Nothing too harsh or it will dry out your skin. The neutrogena products are good and Target makes generic versions that are exactly the same product but like 3 dollars cheaper. If you have self control problems, that just means you're not serious about losing weight. That's like saying "I failed a test" because you didn't feel like studying and being surprised. Running, even walking more is a good start. Then you can move on to lifting weights, etc to tone up.

Shower and dont eat death pockets

Stop eating junk, for a start. Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you can, get more exercise and drink plenty of water.

Hypnosis isn't really necessary. You're craving food and binging because the type of food you're eating makes your blood sugar levels erratic, it'll peak and trough like nobodies business. When it's at a low, that's when you crave all the wrong kinds of food. if you can stick to a healthy diet long enough those cravings should stop and your blood sugar will become gradually more stable. It'll be hell to begin with but worth it in the end.

Avoid foods high in saturated fat and/or sugar and avoid processed foods. Just don't punish yourself. It is possible to eat some of the food you enjoy and lose weight. Treat yourself from time to time. You'll go crazy if you don't and it only makes things harder. Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean the stuff you eat can't taste good. You can lose weight and still enjoy food!!

Eat a more balanced, healthy diet, drink lots of water and exercise regularly and you should start noticing a difference.

Just lay off the Hot Pockets!!

There is no quick answer to this question. Starters, stay off the breakfast sandwiches and hot pockets. I know you have the urge so don't cut it out completely. Learning to eat healthy is like quitting smoking... you will have to fight the addiction. So, like a nicatine patch, find alternatives to feed your needs. Every once in a while it's ok to eat a hot pocket..... but the every day routine must stop. Drink less soda and drink more water. When I was younger I would break out any time I consumed something full of sugar.

Self control must be taught and not fixed by a magic wand.... so your hypnosis might not be the best way. If you really want to feel better (remember that's what's most important), before you order another breakfast sandwich ask yourself, "Do I want to be that stereotypical american?"

Your motivation should be feeling and looking better. Baby steps go a long way.

Life is all about choices, you are what you are because of the poor choices you make. FInd something you like to do that occupies your spare time, ie. walking, biking, playing with your dog. Don't totally abandon the foods you love, most foods are fine in moderation. Have some self control and make good choices.
