How long will it take me to get to 117?!

here is what I did, cut out ALL carbs, that means dont eat any rice, pasta, potatoes, breads,no junk food, stop drinking soda if you do, even diet soda's switch to tea unsweetened or with sweet and low, equal, splenda, etc, and water,
eat lots of grilled chicken fish beef and veggies, no corn though it is a starch and that turns to sugar, have lots of eggs and salads, sugar free jello;s and puddings are good for snacks,
here is a reciepe I use for those chocolate cravings, my cousin was on weight watchers and this is one of there reciepies, each muffin is only 50 calories and no fat and no carbs, and they are awesome
1 chocolate cake mix
1 small can pumpkin
1/2 bag mini semi sweet chocolate chips
and 2/3 cup water
mix well
spray muffin pans with non stick spray
fill pans level full with mix
put a few chocolate chips on top of each muffin before baking
bake at 360* for 30 minutes
I lost 25 pounds in 2 months doing this
just go to the 7-11 and have a dozen Twinkies
It depends on how old you are. and how you eat like if you keep your calorie limit to 1,500 a day and if you drink water. best answer...just wait and see.
