sounds like you would look best naked

The best way to find out is to do a water weight test, but you can check your BMI in the web and it will tell you if you are in danger of being overweight, you sound not so fat though.

is all depends, if you work out, you are not going to get that info from here. But my guess is between 5-8%

How can I get you out of those pants?....that's the more important question.

i agree with curtis

Try this website here:

You have to enter in your age and everything too

Tell me the measurement of your neck
Thats the only way body fat can be calculated.
Weight, neck, waist and hips.

What size pants do you wear everyday? Those are probably the 'best' to wear, ones that fit.

Unless you go to a gym or a doctors office and have the proper measurements taken with fat calipers, then you won't really know and any results you achieve from calculations using these figures could be waaay out. We still don't know how tall you are, and that is normally needed.
There are several body fat percentage calculators on the web, all you have to do is search in google for one. As I said though, they aren't very accurate.

best way to measure body fat is with capillars in which you buy. its the only way to know for sure! better than a website.

Don't be a lazy *** and just google 'home body fat percentage test'...fill in the blanks with your measurements and poof...there ya go. Also these measurement tests really aren't accurate, because I went for a caliper test at my gym and it said 12%, then when i checked out the measurment test it said 20%!! So ya they don't work worth crap, cuz someone could be really fit and just have bigger measurements ya know.
