Losing weight is a long time process. Change your eating habits.

you cant lose 36 pound in a month in a healthy way, shoot for 10 to 15. jumproping for 30 minutes each day helped me

Proper nutrition is essential, as to lose your belly, just do cardio (run, walk, jog, swim, jump rope) and do some abdominal exercises. (crunches, reverse crunch, bicycle exercise, leg lifts, etc) Just make a workout schedule to follow, and follow it. The nutrition should consist of 6 small meals a day, every 3-3 1/2 hours.

If you lost 31 pounds in 1 month you would be dead or in the hospital. You should try to lose about 3 pounds a week. If you lose it slower it will stay off. Just eat vegatables and fruits for a month with some chicken breast.
