it depends on your weight. Ive lost 65lbs in just 3 months.. before 240lbs, now 175lbs. (water therapy. 1 meal a day. 2 glasses of water before and after meals). i have not tried loosing 120lbs. because if i did. my wt would be 120lbs. and my ht is 5'11''. not good.. keep in faith.. goodluck

Wooooo, 120 is alot to loose in 6 months bro. Well first off id say drink alot of water and if you drink alot of soda reduce it to 1 a day, but drinking no soda would be great. Try eating healthy, eat maybe 6 times a day small portions. Try exercising 30-60minutes a day. In order to loose weight do cardio such as running, swimming, jump roping, treadmills, biking, exc. You could also try to turn some of the fat into muscle by working out alittle also. Work out your chest( do some benching), Bic and triceps ( curl), and work on your stomach your abs. Try doing some sit ups 100 everynite, id recommend trying the p90x, it has great workouts and should make u loose alot of weight and get ripped. This will be a very pain full 6 months no doubt, just keep pushing and good luck
