Please answer me!?!

Question: I am a person, whom the only things I like to eat is fatty food! I am on a diet, so in my diet, I am eating the few things I like, which does not contain fat. When I lose weight, will I gain it back, if I eat (moderate) fatty foods after the diet?

Sorry for asking so much lately!

Thanks

Part of losing weight is eating healthfully. Healthy foods do not include the fatty foods you speak of.
In a normal diet one should include healthy fats, such as olive oil, and natural oils found in nuts, avocados, and certain other foods. The fats that are causing you to be over weight are called trans fats. Avoid them!
Do not go back to your regular eating habits. That is what caused your problem in the first place, and it will continue if you choose to eat that way.
Healthy diet and regular exercise are the only way to get in shape.

no - more then likely you wont be able to eat as much as you usually eat at the moment. just eat normal after you loose the weight and try not to snack out all the time

When you lose weight, you will make your body used to a lower amount of food. It is therefore usually more difficult to get your weight back at your previous level if you've been losing weight since you don't have the same appetite.
