Off the top of my head, i'd say about 2500 but to be sure, talk to a dietary person or your doctor.

5000

2000

1500-2000 average

How much do you weigh?

2500

ANSWERNG MY QUESTIONSSS

I don't know but i try to limit it to 2,000 a day or less and i'm 12. So probably no more than 2,000 and i hope this helps........ ;-)

Typical intake is 2000 calories a day.

This will change though, depending on age, how much (or little activity) you do, and your metabolic rate.

If you do lots of moving around, you'll need to eat more. If you sit around playing PS3 or Xbox360 all day, you'll want to eat considerably less.

normally its 2,500-3,000 but i would say anywhere from 2,000 to 3 or 4,000

you can check at this link : http://www.cancer.org/docroot/PED/conten...

it is different for everyone.
go to http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index... to find out whats right for you :)

it also depends on your weight too, but i would estemate about 1400

it depends visit www.mypyramid.gov to calculate the exact amount

u r just about or have entered peuberty! U SHOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT HOW MUCH U EAT, eat a lot of meat, aka a lot of protein, u will be very strong if u intake a lot of protein espestion in peuberty! very very strong

It doesn't matter how many calories you take in is what you eat. Like don't eat cake all day

deffinetly 5,000 about 1000 to 2500 a day.
a pound s 3,500 calories

its refer to your body size. if you're chubby, its better for you to not to take to much calorie.
