What your doing seems to be right. Keep exercising regularly and eat healthy foods. if you are very muscular, muscle weighs more then fat so you probable look a whole lot better then a person who sits on their butt all day watching tv. I would ask a doctor cause if your muscular you may not need to loose no more then maybe 15 for your active life style. Don't put so much into the numbers if your happy with yourself and your comfortable. Swimming is very good exercise and if you look at a gymnasts legs they have big thighs but I wouldn't want to be kicked by one. LOL ! Sounds like your already on the right track just cut back on a few calories and add a bit more to your work out and maybe that should do it. Life is to short to deprive yourself of to much.

For your height you should be around 115 pounds.

The faster you lose weight, the less likely you are to keep it off. Patience is a worthy investment. Set a small, realistic monthly goal.

make sure that u eat healthy and excersise more and watch ur calorie intake

ok u need to start running, u dont have to sprint but i suggest u jog. jogging is a very important thing, u also need to do sit ups and push ups wouldnt hurt either, maybe try pull ups and chin ups...........u should give up drinking alot of pop, i drink water alot now and it makes u feel better, u dont have to deprive urself, thats an unhealthy way, but u do need to eat better

sit ups and jogging is the most important thing but if u dont eat very healthy it wont help u much

my mile time is 8:30 now and ive run i guess at least once or twice a week for about 2 months, and sit ups just help alot but everything is good

According to a weight calculator I used online, you should weigh about 110 lbs. Now being you have muscles and all you don't want to lose down to that because you would be skin and bones. I would say a good weight for you would be about 125. No more than 130.

atkins worked for me. I lost 37 pounds in six months. they say it's not good for you, but i never had any problems and i'm still alive, lol. plus i didn't really do much exercising, just went for a walk every once in a while. if 15 is all you wanna lose, atkins should take it away in no time at all.

So 5'2 that's about 120lbs right? I really suggest an ab lounge, they work extremely well, I have been using one and it works WONDERS!

Make a diet plan. Eat less, but not that much less. If you lower your eating habits, soon, all that weight will come right off. Also, make a daily excercise plan. Run each morning for 20 minutes. Heck, even walk it. And if you are tempted by fattening foods, just remind yourself pf all that walking and running and eating less foods , all going down the drain just because of a little slice of pizza.

Try eating sald and fruits!
I love fruits.
Delicious and healthy!
