Foods in particular that help Weight gain?!


Question: If all you care about is weight, and you don't care if it's fat, eat lots of fried foods, cheese burgers, pizzas, etc. If you want lean weight then you gotta hit the weights, and hit them hard.

Plenty of protein, healthier carbs, healthier sugars, etc.

You don't want to eat junk/fast food, because you'll just gain unhealthy weight. I would suggest increasing your calorie intake (eating more chicken, protein shakes, etc.).

Carbohydrates

any protein shake/bar that has the word "lean" in it

Nuts are fantastic for this. They're calorie dense so you don't feel like your eating a lot but are actually getting lots of calories. They also have tonnes of other nutrients like iron and protein.
Cheese and other dairy products, avocados and seeds are also high in fats.
