How can I achieve a lean athlete's body?!

Sort of like Angelina Jolie.
I need a workout/diet plan.
or just a workout plan to go along with my regular diet.
I'm pretty average, a little curvy in the legs and thighs, flat stomach, thin arms.
Yeahh.
I sort of want the muscular/toned arms look.

To start off do a full body workout 3 days a week, every other day. 2 exercises for every body part. 8-10 reps. enough weight to strugle on the last rep. Good luck!

get a good diet and spend atleast 1-2 hours in the gym if you don't sweat your not trying hard and if you sing up for boflex its fake
Jogging will cut fat and tone multiple muscle groups.
Angelina Jolie? Well i'm glad you didn't say madonna, but still....wake up, look in the mirror and say "Hey, anyone looks better than Angelina Jolie.....and i'm looking good!"
get a personal trainer
they'll help you get started on a plan that fits YOU and you can decide how u want to go from there
Eat every 3-4hrs small meals stay away from beef and pork, go towards fish and dark green veggies.
Water...... as much as possible
Work out every other day to let your muscles relax and get stronger..... and if you're not tired after your work out you wont get results.
