What excercises should I do to build up the center of my chest?!


Question: Close grip benches (shoulder width), especially inclined, really work the inner pecs. But they also put an equal, if not greater, stress on the triceps.
One exercise that I found really grew my inner, and upper, pecs was incline (30 degree) dumbell flys.
