Whats the best way to lose weight off my inner thighs?? PLS ANSWER?!


Question: i just brought a LEG MAGIC,,,,omg its pure torture, especially to the inner thighs,,, it kills!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cardio... If you havent yet..or can Join a gym. They have all sorts of different machines that focus on thighs! I do squats at home..and running..I would def. say to join a gym! If not google it! it will give you at home excersies!! GOOD LUCK!

Skiing, snowboarding are just some of the exercises that target those thigh areas,and you don't have to join a gym either, its free!! Just get out into the snow and go for it....heres some info about winter sports http://snowsportblog.blogspot.com/

Stand with you feet a little (but not much) more than hip length apart. Turn your toes a little outward and do regular squats. When you squat move you bottom back like you are about to sit in a chair then come back up. DO NOT let you knees go pass your ankles (this can make you over extend your knees). If you have hand weights you can place them on your shoulders while you squat for better results.

You can also stand in plie position with you feet turned out and far apart (not like the ballet move). Hold hand weights right at the top of your thighs where your hip bone meets the top of you thigh. Lower down into the plie position and move back up in small up and down motions until you come all the way back up. Keep your hand on the weights to keep them in place but let your thighs do the lifting. Do about 3 sets of 15-20 (of each exercise) depending on your age and health. Remember Building the muscle burns the fat long after you've stopped working out. You can also go to YouTube to look for short videos of different exercises (do a search for inner thigh exercises and see what you get).
