Fatty foods?!


Question: Every time I go shopping for chothes I can never fit into my dream jeans I need more fat around my butt and thieghs what are some fatty foods I could eat?

Everybody gains weight differently. Some people gain weight in their stomach area and chest and upper arms easily. Other people put on weight in their butt and thighs easily. If you have a hard time putting on weight on your butt and thighs, then by the time those parts plump up the rest of you might look bigger than you want it to and not be happy with the results.

The best thing to do is take a look at your body and be realistic about what kind of jeans you should wear. Your dream jeans may not be the right kind for your body type, in which case it's time to find jeans that DO look good on you and not waste time 'wishing' your body was different.

There's only so much we can do to shape our bodies, better to focus on eating healthfully and keeping active and fit. That will help you most in the long term.

If you still think you want to gain weight, then use healthy foods so that you don't increase your chances of diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.

Eat larger portions of foods. Eat more whole grain bread, corn, peas, pasta, whole wheat tortillas, whole wheat English Muffins. Use little extra olive oil on salads. Use more avocado. Snack on nuts. Drink fruit smoothies with your meals and do exercises that build muscle in your butt and thighs...you don't want to grow a big butt that's flabby and has no muscle tone!

why would you want fat? get muscle instead.

Try reduce lots of carbohydrates....no to junk food and drink a lot of water.....n juices...

get padded panties. If they have padded bra's, why shouldn' they have padded panties...I think I'm going to invent some.

don't do that, fatty is bad for you!! Work out and get some muscle. Or just get different jeans, jeez, is it that important? They will probably be out of style by the time they look right on you. They make so many different styles of jeans.
