1. walk everyday everyday 45 mins or more
2. drink 8 glasses of water a day everyday
3. breakfast: fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, pure juice, skim milk
4. lunch: boiled chicken, tuna, any veggis, soup, pure juice,skim milk
5. dinner:boiled chicken,lean steak, fish,any veggie, soup, pure juice, skim milk or michelin entrees frozen
6. snacks any any any time, fruit, veggies, yogurt,
7. never never bread, butter, grease, frys, gravy,pies, cakes,salt
8. be true to yourself its that simple i did it this way and lost 15 pounds per month it really really is this simple mind control. i went from 235 to 172 and 30 lbs to go its easy when your true to yourself. go to a doctor every 30 lbs for a check up for your heart. tell the doctor what you are doing and he will really help you for motivation even he can send you to a dietician for a more complete diet to follow good luck and remember be true to yourself

My friend lost 80 pounds in 7 months by laying off breads, drinking tons of water. She also walked every other day with 5 lb, then 10 lb weights in both hands. She also gave up Sodas, and her lunch she would eat a small portion and fill up with water. Dinner would be her biggest meal, but she'd always eat before 9pm. Good luck! Stay off the pills!

eat 2 servings of raw vegetables before every meal (without any salt, dressing, or dip - just PLAIN)

EVERY meal, no skimping.

When you get the munchies between meals, eat sliced raw tomatoes, raw carrot sticks, sliced raw bell peppers, etc.

Do that, and avoid anything FRIED or anything SWEET.

Other than that, eat whatever you want, whenever you want.


And walk a minimum of 30 minutes EVERY day, then once a week increase it 5 minutes (30 the first week, 35 per day the second week, then 40, 45, etc.)

hi im dee no matter if your thin or over weight it is in ones heart that makes the person. some people stay over weight as it is there body just as some stay thin. but eating helathy lean meat veggies fruit and keping active helps, i have had a weight problem all my life .member in the creaters eyes we all look beatuful and the same. dee

eat in small porportions. the best way to do so is to eat 6 small meals a day, as in no big lunch or dinner and such. having 6 small meals makes you less hungry during the day, so you dont eat any extra snacks and stuff.
also, eating oatmeal every morning is a good idea. if thats not possible, then eat whole grain cereal or toast.
sit ups are a great way to excersize. do 50 regular situps, 50 side situps [ where you turn most of your body, and do situps facing up ] on each side, and then 50 situps with your legs up in the air. drinking water is also a great way to lose weight and to have a flawless face. 1000 calaries is what to aim for. also, no seconds! good luck!

The key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
