cardio and proper eating plan.

Cannot spot reduce fat, you must eat right and burn more calories then you take in.

exercise and eat healthy food

lotsa crunches!

Running drops weight quickly.

Pilates strengthens the ab muscles.

Do them both four times a week.

Lower your carbohydrates.

eat in small porportions. the best way to do so is to eat 6 small meals a day, as in no big lunch or dinner and such. having 6 small meals makes you less hungry during the day, so you dont eat any extra snacks and stuff.
also, eating oatmeal every morning is a good idea. if thats not possible, then eat whole grain cereal or toast.
sit ups are a great way to excersize. do 50 regular situps, 50 side situps [ where you turn most of your body, and do situps facing up ] on each side, and then 50 situps with your legs up in the air. drinking water is also a great way to lose weight and to have a flawless face. sleep is also very important. i read somewhere that you actually lose weight while sleeping, so get as much sleep as possible. 8-10 hours is best. 1000 calaries is what to aim for. also, no seconds! good luck!
