I do Weight Watchers. I've lost 24 lb. so far and ready to get the rest off! I do Flex. I find that it's easiest for me, especially for fitting in stuff like eating out, drinking, etc. In my opinion, Flex is best for people with less control over what they will eat. For instance I am in school and have to eat on campus sometimes, and I like to go out drinking on the weekends with friends occasionally. I mean I made it through football season and I'm a huge tailgater. That's how good Weight Watchers has worked for me! Haha. But if you enjoy the freedom of being able to eat foods and not have to count points, then Core would be the way to go. My advice would be to try a week on Flex then try a week on Core. You can change your plan each week, as long as you are on each plan for at least a full week. So theoretically you could change plans every other week. That would be an interesting way to go about it! Haha. But try that and you will find which plan fits your lifestyle and works best for you.

I love Weight Watchers and have fully embraced it. It becomes second nature eventually and I can't rave enough about it. The 8 Healthy Guidelines are probably the hardest part to implement (in my experience). I do great on the waters (I now drink 12-16 glasses a day), can usually get the fruits/veggies in, but the oils are really a challenge for me. But I've stuck with it and try every day to meet those guidelines. And I've been rewarded for my success...a body that is almost 3 sizes smaller and filled with much more energy. So Congratulations for starting on WW. That itself is a huge first step and shows that you're committed to weight loss! I'm really proud of you and wish you the best on your weight loss journey. If you ever want to talk to a fellow Weight Watchers or have *any* questions, please feel free to email me.

My best tip....if you're gonna do it...then really stick with it....Every girl I know who has done weight watchers ends up quitting after a little while.

keep motivated.only u knows what really keeps you motivated...keep doing it !

Yes, I found out to <ALWAYS use up all your points everyday..If I didn't I think my metabolism went down or so it seemed. I also found if I didn't eat the fats or drink the milk I never lost anything..For some reason you have to have some of each catagory to digest food better.
One lady there was doing so well and decided to NOT use the fats for a few weeks and she platoed and couldn't lose even 1/2 lb but when she ate the fat points she did...
It really does work ,,but you also have to exercise too...
I have a very hard time drinking my water. so I still have to do this but it worked well when I was doing good on it and it was to put it all in a container in the refrigerater everyday and don't go to bed til it was all GONE..I pretended it was my medicine and it helped . I also found out drink most of it before lunch time or you will be up all night peeing.
GOOD LUCK! I need to get back on track.. I got lost and fell apart after my hysterectomy last June .
I lost 41 lbs ,but gained lots back because I quit and went back to some old bad habits.
