Help me this is sooo sad?!


Question: For NO reason I've gained 10 lbs in the last month. Maybe it's stress, a little overeating (becuz I exercise 20 hrs/week but its still HEALTHY foods).

Anyway, my stomach is bulging out from right below my ribs all the way down to my lower stomach. What/how can I cure this and fast?! Is it water retention, gas etc? Idk =[

If i were you I'd start eating yogurt or taking acidopholus capsules with each meal to help get rid of the bloating or excess undigested food in your intestines. Also quit eating white bread , potatoes and rice because their starch will also puff your gut out.Just try it for 3 weeks and see if you lok and feel better. Good luck.

May be distention, go to a doctor.

you can take those water weight gain pills if thats what it is.

The weight could be muscle, and not fat...

I don't know how old you are, but I would go to a doctor and get checked out, it could be nothing to worry about, or it could be something serious, especially if you are older.
also, working out 20 hours a week is extreme, it wouldn't hurt to cut back. if you are really working out that much, I would think you have some sort of issues or fear of gaining weight, something isn;t right here, we aren't getting the whole story

look on google how do u get fat while being a total health freak then click on the science of ...well i dont remember it should be the second thing

if that's your idea of sad then maybe you should watch the news
