My friend and I are going to start working out together as a buddy system and...!
Question: It'll be at my house cause no one is here weekends and We will be using our : Ab lounge, Inversion Machine, Treadmill, One of those really big workout balls, some bands for our arms, and I have a few Billy Blanks videos and some dance workout video.
Is this good?
We also will be working our for like 2 hours with a 30 min break inbetween each hour to start off.
Does anyone have any workout tips?? Or does what I have sound good?

Yes. Don't take a half hour break. It will allow your heart rate to drop, and will decrease your motivation. Instead, try mixing it up, with 5 minute breaks every 15 or 20 minutes.
mate sounds good...but u dont have to work out for 2 hours....1 hur should b good with no breaks...to keep the heart rate up and do it twice a day for quicker results
