Want bigger biceps!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!


Question: I am only 13 but i want to get bigger biceps. Dont worry about other stuff like triceps and abs etc. want my viens too pop out of my weak arms and biceps.

i dont realy have a balanced diet and i want to work out 5 days out of a week. And i want to know how long it will take to get my final goal. (if over 4 months dont want to know) thanks for anybody who helps!

My guess is you want bigger biceps because you don't have a girlfriend. The only use for the bicep muscle to picking up chicks. So, I'll help you out. Try this:
Barbell Curl: 3 sets/10 reps.
Standing Alternating Arm Dumbbell Curl: 3 sets/12 reps.
Concentration Curl: 3 sets/10 reps.
Hammer Curl: 3 sets/12 reps.

Alright im 15 and i have a 6 pac and very big biceps. I am just pounds of muscle and no fat. I have a balanced diet, and i eat low fat cereal everyday, and play football every single day at school. Go to a gym and go to the adults section, with alot of hardcore weights. Get a yoga ball and tone your body, and get a workout CD called 'Uban Workout'. If you do all this, you will definatly be like me. Try it kid, as i said im only 15, so it might work out on you too.

i think you need to see the bigger picture,your only a young lad just do a couple of weights and a martial arts would be good for yourself as this will give confidence an give you strength

dont do a mega workout 5 days a week. if youre working out properly you should leave a day inbetween working out so that you can rest. fact is muscle builds while you sleep, so you need that inbetween-day to actually gain something from all of it.

yeah im 14 and i wanted bigger biceps last year too. ive been workin out and i get a good burn with 20 pounds so i do about 8 of those maybe 4 or 5 times with both arms. you gotta find some weights that work for you man. also make sure your eatin a lot of protein. you want good weight not bad weight. also some pull ups wouldnt hurt

the key is :
Balance diet (low fat cereal,apple,diary products etc...)
Exercise (aerobic,run,joging...)
Don't go to adult gym or it will stune your growth.
drink alot of water to keep your diet balanced.
eat vegetables.

Three months and 28 days.

you need to workout your biceps once a week....... do exercises like standing bicep curl, chinups, and sitting bicep curl on a incline.... they will build your triceps very nicely.

you should workout the rest of the muscles once a week splitting it all on 4 or 5 days..

working out does not stunt growth! that is a big myth! do not worry..

eat really well..
