FOR EXAMPLE
a 100 calories of icecream is as fattening as 100 calories of salas but u get more salad for the 100 calories and u also get nutrients with it. if someone just ate icecream and just enough to meet their usual daily calories, they may not gain weight but would be low on nutrients.

so they may lose or just stay the same is the answer to ur question

probably gain!

If they hadnt changed their calorie intake then it wouldnt affect their weight. Weight loss or gain depends on calories going into your body vs calories burned. If both those were the same as every other day then you'd be fine (if a little full!)

its not always about how much you eat
but what u are eating
this would mean that calories that should be gotten from vegetables meat etc are replaced by unnutritional crap

Hi there,Unfortunately ice cream is one of those negative value foods. That is the worse kind you can get, they actually subract from the good foods you have eaten, the sugars being excellent removers of vital nutrients from the body,as well as upsetting your insulin ballance for the whole day, which in turn controls hows you burn fat, then there is the saturated fat to clog up your arteries, and yes you would gain weight even if this waqs the only thing you ate in a whole day!!!

are u sure about the calorie count? whatever, depends on how regular u r on your daily cal. intake- the more consistant the better. Also, hugely depends on the time of day, more importantly the time of night. No matter what, if you eat any significant amount of calories when you are sedentary(not moving)you're not going to burn any-yeah,really,any, of it off.The reality of it is, this-you will gain between 2- 7.5 lbs.Yeah! I know! Holy...well, everything that is holy!!!OK, take a deep breath,I know, jeans getting tight now,pop a button if you must! When u wake up,75% of that 7.5lbs is gunna be lookin straight at'cha in the mirror.Yup,your big ol' cranium. You could pos.even pass it off as pink eye & maybe even excuse a mid-term!The other 25% will be in your fingers,(feels kinda like rigormortis-yes,I'm sure of this!)But,look up darlin' by the next day,you should be down 5lbs(if u gained 7.5)but,yeah,the other 2.5 is on your ***! Good luck baby!!! xoxoxo!
