My Fat *** Legs!!!?!


Question: How can I get thinner legs. They are like huge and i wear A size 13 in pants which suckssss :[
I walk home everyday and up a hill everyday from school wtf!
My sister call them cottage cheese legs :( Or sasauge legs and im like stfu!

By the way Im 14 and in 8th Grade

well considering the fact that your this young of age i suggest you to cut down eating and exercise two hours a day to burn all that fat. If you are in 8th grade you shouldnt even be a size 6. You should be more of a size 3 or 4. This is very unhealthy for your age.

lucky, i wear a size 32 in pants, then again they're REALLY baggy but still, they manage to stay up without a belt

You can not target fat loss You should be eating more like 1500 calories a day. the key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

try running everyday for 45 min. it might be hard at first but really force yourself! also try doing lunges http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMju858ra... they really help alot! you won't notice results til' after a few weeks then you really notice!

I lost 60 lbs over a 6 month period...this is how I did it: I cut out all junk food from my diet for the first two months (I lost 30 lbs the first 2 months). I ate every two hours to keep my metabolism going. I ate only fruits, vegetables, lean meat, chicken, fish, low fat dairy, whole grains and nuts. It wasn't a diet, it was a lifestyle change. It's hard to not eat any junk food so I give myself 2 days a month to splurge on whatever I want. I also ran, swam, lifted weights and played basketball. Shoot for at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Work them dogs. Run and tone them with light weight lifting.

keep doing what your doing just also cut out some fat food cause think about it if you exercise then go home and eat junk food theres really no point in exercising lol :D
