How much weight do I lose?!
Question: Hi, I am 18 years old, and 155 pounds, 5 foot 7 inches.
I have got my system used to only consuming 1,200 calories per day, and dont feel very hungry at all, I done this when i quit smoking so I dont put on weight.
I also work out for an hour every day weight lifting, using a multi gym I have at home which trains allmost all my mouscles (using 30KG weights, doing 15 reps on everything, then repeating 3-4 times, plus bench crunches, sit ups, pull ups, press ups).
I would like to know how much does that work out that I am losing a day? Thanks in advanced.
PS. Also if you know, could you tell me if I am taking the right steps to gaine a six pack.

u will lose about 2-3lbs a week but ur calorie intake is a bit low...if u have it too low for too long ur body will compensate for it and slow ur weight loss down so i would up it to about 1500....'experts' say the ideal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week as this is the loss that u are most likely to keep off
ur exercise regime is very good ..ull deffo get a six pack if u stick at it
