Am I too fat for 13???!


Question: Hi, I need advice:
I eat:
Breakfast:5 pancakes,lemonade,cheese cake.

Morning snaks:cheese pizza,mario's pizza ,nachos with extra cheese,popcorns.

Mid afternoon snacks: Soda,Soda,sandwich.

Diner:Ice cream,roasted Turkey .

midnight snacks: cookies with milk.
BUT I AM NOT LOSING ANY WEIGHT HELP!

You don't seem to be eating anything deep fried, so i don;t see what the problem is

honey that is like a 6000 calorie diet...keep going your going to die at 30. You should consume 1500-2000 a day and burn off about 1/4 of that by running around or blatant exercise.

You need to eat veggies. Try to not eat alot of unhealthy food. Drink lots of water!!

With a diet like that, brother, you can only GAIN weight!
You need to do something about this right now, before it gets unsafe. Go hit a gym and please, man, please cut down on your junk food intake.

Ok..first of all you have a very healthy diet for someone going on a 20 mile hike in the morning. I'm not trying to be funny but even if you were 26 ...your diet tells me you are thinking about something else. You can not be thinking about what you are eating and eat it...if you thoughtfully processed the diet you just told us your mind would not allow your body to let it rest in your stomach. So my question that I want you to think about is ...write down what you are ACTUALLY thinking about as you consume this...i know you are thinking about something you just have not shared that...but write it down. now the next time you want to eat tell your self you can eat the cheese pizza after you have addressed the answer to the thoughts you are really having. For instance while i'm munching on chips i might be thinking about an old boyfriend..or in your case my parents now don't take another bite until you at least address whats on your mind. Your body is eating but your mind is not being fed. You are a child of god....wonderfully and awesome made. Like having a mercedes and putting water in the gas tank...If you knew and appreciated the vehicle that you have you would put premium gas in the tank. Don't sink your own ship. LOVE YOU

lol is this a joke? What is the question??? I dont know if your fat, you dont have a picture or telling me your measurements but if this is true and if you keep eating that then yes, you will become *fat*.

you are eating too unhealthily.you should eat less for breakfast.5 pancakes are too man.2 would do.you should also drink milk.
you should also have proper lunch instead of morning and afternoon snacks.
for dinner, you should also have proper meals.
midnight snacks should be just fruits?!
snacks like cookies and ice creams should not be eaten too frequently.
