3 egg whites a day is too much protein for one meal. Remember, you should only have a certain amount of protein a day( you weight in kilos[to convert from pounds to kilos divide pounds by 2.2] multiplied by 0.8; this will give you the amount of protein you need to consume in grams) Keep in mind that certain foods like meat, poultry, fish, egg whites, legumes and nuts yield 7g of protein per serving. Therefore, by eating 3 egg whites you eating 21g of protein in one meal. Since almost all foods contain protein: dairy(4g/serving), vegetables(2g/serving), carbs(3g/serving) and so on you might eventually consume too much protein in one day. Extra protein = fat.
Plus throwing away the egg yolk is a waste. But I wouldn't reccommend eating 3 egg yolk per day though. Way too much cholesterol. egg yolks are great because they pretty much have almost all the vitamins except ones like vitamin C. But egg yolks can also be harmful because they contain a lot of cholesterol(your supposed to consume about only 300mg of cholesterol per day and egg whites supply about 200 mg). So basically if you eat a whole egg you have to be really good about what you eat for the rest of the day.
As for what to eat for breakfast, well, choose what to eat using the same mindset your supposed to use when choosing all your meals: eat for nutrition(to get all the nutrients you need for the day)

I agree jeff hardy rules!!!! If you want a good brakfeast i would prefer cereal. Mostly, cheerios not high in fat, sugar and 100 calories per bowl.
