you can loose it in one, but you need to get water out fo your system, run alot, wear alot of clothing

even if u dont like good food do ur best to eat but dont do like a no food diet.and RUN. i found that i feel really good after i run. seriously just try it

swim every day for 5 days? swimming works all your muscles so that wud be best i guess. if you dont haver a pool try running on a treadmill? or run around the block bring a water bottle or something. remember to eat though dont starve yourself!

You're right that it's easier for men to lose because we have more muscle mass, muscle burns 8 times more calories than fat, so we lose weight quicker.

You can't safely lose that weight in five days. If you do it will be water and you will then be dehydrated. That is not good. Please don't try.
