Why are burnt food bad for us?!

Question: tell me why why why, why why!

Answers: tell me why why why, why why!

There are carcinogens in the char (but carbon is NOT a carcinogen, it is an elemental component of many things we consume, including cabohydrates). The high heat used for cooking alters the chemical structure of some components of the meats (especially beef), forming a chemical compound that may be harmful to humans.

that black charred stuff contains a lot of carbon, which is a carcinogen----cancer causing.

I always just thought it was bad tasting, I didn't think it was bad for you.

CARBON....contains known carcinogens & is a product of burnt food or charred food or BBQ'd food. It is proven that people who have spent a lifetime of having "camping" style smoked/charred foods have major cancer problems and pancreatic/liver problems.

Wow I'm an all time avid eater of charcoaled burnt meat I can only eat it if its really brown to burnt didn't know it was bad for you
