Can someone give me some exercise tips to lose weight?!

Well, there are various exercises and tops on to lose weight.
I personally love my tips but only because i stay on track.
First, i drink a cup of water in the morning when i wake up.
Then i jog for 15 minutes.
I watch my diet carefully, no soda, candy, or fast food.
I eat 3 servings of veggies a day, and 2 of fruit.
Then i do weight lifting for 45 minutes. {good for abs and arms}
I do 10 crunches.
Make sure you stretch before and after, 15 seconds at least.
You can't lose weight with cold muscles.
Don't skip meals, eat 3 meals a day and at least 2 snacks, on low calories.

That should help, i was 145 and now i'm 123...in just 2 weeks and 4 days. and i'm only 13.
make sure you do this 3-5 times a week, trust...it'll help you.

if you want a good website, then look it up yourself. but i do an hour of cardio 3 days a weeks, upper body workout 1 day a week, and lower body workout 1 day a week.

The best exercise is running, you can burn fat all over your body. Also, building muscle helps burn more calories. Do some cardio and strength training.

crossfit.com has workout plans... or you could try bulimia, or anorexia, or tapeworms... all good strategies

Ok, to lose weight, its not just about exercise. Thats what i used to think. You need to realize that it is only half exercise and half the way you eat. Biking is a really good way to exercise and so is running. Basically being active and eating right is what it takes. And once you start, you cant stop. Its helpful if you write out a physical plan so that you can visually track your progress. But in order to see results you need to be consistant. Also, the fat may not leave the place you want it to at first. Fat burns at the easiest place so you may begin to see your face thin out before you see any results on your buns and thighs but if you continue eating healthy and exercising daily, you will start to see results. Look , Although u said don't tell me cardio , but I will !!!
Look by cardio u need to do some activity for 30 minutes atleast 5 days of week on either treadmill or elliptical trainer is the best of u may even use stationary bike and stepper.
but before that do 15 mins of stregth training and then cardio and then 20 minutes of combined abs , butts and arms training , stuff like crunches ,squats,lunges , biceps curl , triceps extension and etc
watch wat u eat control portion and limit u carbs intake ,u may binge on sundays , helps u build up strength and motivation for the reast of week i have lost 30 pounds by now following this routine , no pills , no commercial diet plans etc !!! u can do it !!!
one more thing if u can mange and hav no hard work to do limit ur calorie intake to around 1100 per day , food packages these days all have info of calories !
