I've tried loads and personally I like the ministry of sound pump it up dvd. Although the music isnt normally my sort of thing, I find it a really effective and energetic work out. It really encourages you to keep going, and you really feel like you've worked out after, unlike alot of these dvd's that i've tried.

The British ones don't work .......................

Jade Goody has a good one, filmed in East Angular... which apparantly is abroad.

You mean any kind with an instructor that has a british accent? Well, what difference does it do? The accent doesn't affect your weight. The instructor with the workout does! I would suggest Tae Bo with Billy Blanks or Denise Austin.

the best one i have used is davina power of 3. good variation on styles of excercise, and great results. Also charlie somebody... (janine from eastenders) hers is excellent but can't remeber her second name.
If you search for them on amazon you may find some helpful reviews aswell.

Davina mccall's is really great, has cardio and toning exercises and is fun! xx

To be honest, I don't think they do. I would instead recommend putting together a playlist of some of your favourite mid-high tempo songs and working out to that, after all, what can a DVD tell you that you don't already know? If you get stuck for what exercises to do, just look online, there are hundreds of body-building or fitness websites out there.
