Sounds like you also need stretching to improve your back.

Chair step-ups, or chair squats, depending on your leg strength.

Wall push-ups, which are easier than floor push-ups. And keep your wrists straight, they may not hurt at all.

With chair squats, slowly sit down to a chair, standup slowly, and repeat.

Step-ups: Step-up using one leg, slowly step down with the other. One rep. Do 5-10 reps starting with each leg, then switch. Do as many as you want or can do.

if u cant run then just eat healthy.. good luck

My first advice would be to get out of apartment!
It is not so good psychologically to stay 24/7 in your packed bedroom (it might actually drive you crazy, I had experience myself staying indoors 24/7 when my leg is broken, it is not good believe me).
So why not give yourself an hour or so per day and go for a quick walk?
Not only your body will appreciate it, but also your mind.

About some particular workout it might be better, if you would consult with physician who knows your condition better. There is always so many possibilities to stay active.

But if you have ANY chance to go out, then GO girl! :)

I hope you will be all right.

try bicycling, jump rope, running on sand, elliptical...be creative.
