How do I know if I'm drinking enough water?!


Question: You need 1 Litre of water for every 25kg of body weight.
For every 1 hour of exercise you need to drink an extra 1L.

Don't drink all at once... as you'll pee ALL day, gradually drink more water each day until you get the amount you need.
Your pee will be quite clear.

When your pee is almost see through

when ur pee is kind of like water
and you go pee ALOT

Theoretically your urine should be clear, which shows that you're properly hydrated.

when your pee is clear

pull the skin up that is just on your wrist

if it comes up easy you are hydrated enough and by the colour of your pee

When your pee is clear lol

you should never feel very thirsty... thats a good indicator..

When you pee, there is no color, just like water, And you would feel like peeing a lot of times.

You don't feel thirsty?

you will know because you will get really tired.
