Question: This is how my diet/lifestyle is going so far, it's been working( i think) but I haven't been weighing myself (but I feel healthier) Maybe this can help you or you can...
Please tell me what I should change about it:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ Yogurt or Craisins (NO SYRUP)
or Corn Flakes w/ Splenda
or Grapefruit with Splenda
Lunch:
Sandwich(bologna w/ cheese
or ham, lettuce tomatos&pickles)
or Soup(no top roman!)
w/ a 100 calorie pack
Snacks:
100 Calorie Pack
or Craisins
or Tostido Chips
Dinner:
Fish or Meat or Soup
Vegtables

its okay to be on a diet. just make sure you are having enough protein and vegetables. is this best answer??
try weight watchers, it has done wonders for me, i joined on jan 3 and to date ive lost 17 lbs, it teachers yiou a healthy way to eat, so the smarter the food choices you make the more food you can eat, same with exercise, give it a try , you have nothing to loose other than the weight, best of luck
