Question about getting toned?!
Question: I am 5'4" - 110 lbs. I don't have a gym membership, so I was wanting to know some exercises or things I can do at home to get toned. Mostly my stomach, lower back and thighs. I am going to the beach in a few weeks, and wanted to get a little more tone. Thanks in advance for all your answers!
