Omgh please advise givers READ?!


Question: okay, this is what i ate yesterday:
FIVE chocolate chip pancakes
a chicken ceasar salad
and apple
and milk
i feel awful!
Help a teenager who thinks she is fat.
i am 5'5 and a half.
13 years old
134 pounds
i dance 3 times a week and do cardio 3.
i wear a 28 in True Religion jeans, 4 in A&F and American Eagle
am i fat? honestly.
i eat about 1200 calories a day.
anything that would help me lose more weight ( i want to be 125)
do guys think im fat? or chubby?
please dont ask for pictures

You aren't fat your BMI is about 22, which is totally normal. You want to make sure that you are eating enough so you don't stunt your growth (If you don't get enough fuel while you are growing, you will stop growing). It sounds like you are incorporating being physically active into your lifestyle just fine. You don't need to lose weight, what you need to do is sit down with an adult that you trust and discuss with them your issues about body image. A lot of girls think that they are fat, but really aren't. Just don't do anything that would threaten your health (like purging, taking pills, or going on a strict diet). When you are young you don't need to diet, you need to feed your body what it needs to function. Also, a lot of girls who are overweight (which you are not) eventually even out because their height catches up. Guys find a girl who isn't preoccupied with food and constantly dieting hot. They want to date somebody who they can have fun with, not somebody who looks like a skeleton (eww).

i am your exact height and i am 14 1/2 and the most i've ever weighed was about 5-6 months ago, i was up to 131 i felt AWFUL i felt soo fat well i turned sort-of anorexic and i've been between 120-123 since around thanksgiving. i still feel really fat and i would love to lose another 20 pounds.
you could probably stand to lose a little weight.
my advice would be cut back on the chocolate chip pancakes. haha. cut back on the sweets, chocolate, candy, dessert, anything like that. If you are really determined to lose weight that shouldn't be a problem. It certainly wasn't for me! you are not fat or chubby. When i was 13 i weighed 200lbs and did no exersize.i havent weighed 134 since i was 11. just keep up with dancing and eat healthy and you'll be fine.

You're not fat. Magazines, TV and other such media glorify the waif. Real guys like girls with curves.

you are NOT fat. and your only eating 1200 calories? girls our age need about 1800 or 2000.....it only seems like you listed one meal and a few snacks?? these are healthy but i would greatly hope you've eaten more than what you listed for a whole day.

Well i eat 4 pieces of toast and 3 eggs for breakfast
A bowl of cereal at morning tea
2 big bowls of pasta for lunch
Another bowl of cereal at afternoon tea
Steak, potatos and veges for dinner

I eat a hell of alot more than you, and im not fat, nor do i have any misconceptions that i might be.
I've noticed that people nowadays are having a whinge, having a sook, or having a f*cking cry about it.
You need to harden the f*ck up

If you are really concerned about your weight and truly want to lose weight, than you wouldn't be eating 5 chocolate chip pancakes. that was probably 1000 calories right there, at once. You should eat between 1500-1800 calories a day, and that way you wan't be tempted to eat all that junk. You also need to balance out your food alot better, and you will be less likley to binge. honestly, there is no easy way out, it will take alot of hard work, but if you want it badly enough you can do it. think of it this way; lose weight fast= gain weight back fast.

well to start with what the hell were you thinking chocky chip pancakes you should have had an apple or some oatmeal instead.
and a green salad would have been better
milk is just code for fat that could be avioded have water instead lots of water to keep you filled up
your not fat at the moment but if you keepeating like that then you will be. i bet you can see those rolls of fat right now.
imagine how much happier you will be when your a size 2 or maybe if you work hard a size 0.
