Is this okay for dinner?!


Question: i have already eaten NINE HUNDRED calories today
i try to stay under 1000.
so, for dinner, i was thinking about eating a teaspoon of peanut butter and a pear
bringing me to 1050 calories today.
sound good?
btw, im 5'5 and a half and weight 134

at 134 lbs your BMR is closer to 1500 calories. consuming 500 cals less than your BMR requires is about the best way to slow your metabolic rate impeding fat/weight loss.

a healthy dinner would be a piece of fish and some steamed veggies which would be about 150-200 cals depending on how you season and flavor your foods. peanut butter and a pear is a snack, not a meal...

do you really need that teaspoon why dont you just have the pear a teaspoon isnt going to make you feel any better you wont get any thinner by having peanut butter. why dont you just go to bed when you start to get hungery instead of tat peanut butter then you will be under 1000. just a bit of advise xxxxx
