Should I workout my arms again if they arn't sore from yesterday?!

Wow, I would say go for it..
I am in the other boat....Should I workout ,my legs again if they are too sore from yesterday? I don't want to overdo it and I have to get back but I am hurting big time so I am taking the weekend off I think...
You must be in good shape or you didnt do it long and hard enough...I think I am at least stiff after all my workouts though.Maybe I do it too long ?

According to my personal trainer, you should work out your upper body one day and then your lower body the next day. Or upper body, cardio, and lower body. You shouldn't work the same muscles back to back cause that's how injuries happen.

just because ur arms don't hurt it doesn't mean u didn't workout properly. ur arms ain't sore because they're used 2 the workout now! Yes u should workout on them otherwise ur muscel won't increase in size.
