Help a 15 year old lose 15 lbs and recover from BINGE EATING DISORDER?!


Question: ok so i have REALLy screwed up eating habbits... 2 weeks ago i was 5'4" and 100 lbs. i was happy and loved my body. i ate 1500 calories a day along with light walks every day. then my life started going crazy and i turned to food as i way to hurt myself. i know it's screwed up but thats what i do. i'm already working on that in therapy. these past two weeks i've eaten almost 6000 calories a day ON AVERAGE. i'm now about 115 lbs and miserable. i need help. i want to lose the 15 lbs by june if possible. i would also like advice on how to overcome and recover from my binge eating disorder.

i can't join a gym because it's too expensive so does anyone have any quick, easy, cheap excersize routines that will burn lots of calories and help me lose the weight?

Im sorry to hear you're going through that.. i understand where you're coming from

im seventeen and struggling with a binge eating disorder, everyone tells me "its all in your head" but its almost uncontrollable.

just know you can get over it..drink LOTS of water..exercise (walk/jog/swim)

you can healthily lose 15 pounds by june but at 5'4 you are very healthy at 115

wow well i used to be fat, what i did was only eat 3 meals a day NOT eat after 6 oclock because your body does its processing before 6, i did cardio ( running jogging aerobics etc.) i also did crunchs and just ate health for a few weeks and watever you do DONT WEIGH YOURSELF EVERY DAY only do it once every 2 weeks MAX i only weigh myself every month or so, i was 130 pounds now im about 105 =) hope i helped and 15 pounds is easyier than it may seem to lose

If you are still out of control binge eating I might recommend inpatient if you feel you cannot stop yourself or if therapy isn't working as well.

if you want to loose 15 pounds arent you just not helping yourself because your going to become 100 pounds again from the beggining, 115 pounds is how much my sister weighs and shes 15 and 5 "3 tall
