Want Too Lose Weight?!


Question: Im 14 years old and a fat 10 stone im obese and want too lose about half a stone in 2 weeks, is it possible too do this by using dvd workouts?

how long should i use the dvd workout for ?

dvd workouts help alot, but you need to eat healthier, try to calculate how much you eat daily by writting down the calories printed on the back of everything you eat, you're daily intake should not be over 2000, and to lose weight, you need to take in less than that. after you've calculated how many calories you eat per day, try cutting them down by 200, so from 2600 for example to 2400.

Also other habits you need to cut down on are snacks in between meals, replace these with fruit. Also eating past 8pm is really bad for a diet as you are not going to excersize or move your body much while sleeping.

Another tip would be, when eating meals, eat slowly, as your brain only indicates that you are full AFTER you physically are, so eating slowly will make you fill up faster. Also drink alot of water whenever your hungy, and during meals, Diet Pepsi is a god send when dieting, it has gas making u fill up, and it is only 1.5 calories per 330ml can.

Also try to do some excersize before you sleep (such as sit ups, press ups, crunches..etc) these will help burn off calories which you wouldnt have if you slept.

DONT go hard on your self from the start, as this usually results in giving up after a few weeks and eating more than you began with before the diet. So take it step by step, reducing calories by 200 every week, increasing excersizes whenever you feel your mouscles are strong enough...etc

Good luck! last april i was 17 weighing allmost 16 stone, I am now 10.8 stone at 18 years old and working on a six pack, so it is possible, plus i never took any diet pills, Slim fast or any of that BS.

10 stone sounds alright for your age. Trying to lose that much in 2 weeks isnt going to be good for you. Im unsure about DVD workouts but just go running etc and eat healthily and you'll lose plenty of weight healthily and still in a quick time.

depends on your height. but you can lose the weight if you eat a healthy balanced diet( cut out all crap) don't eat after 6pm do plenty of exercise. This wwill work best over a long length of time but you should notice the difference in a couple of weeks, I have lost 11lbs in three weeks doing the same.
