Workout program that helps me burn fat gain muscle and helps me lose my man boob!


Question: i am 5'6 way 153 i h ave some muscles, but u cant really see it because of all my fat. i play baseball so i have so stay fit. i need a work out program so i can gain muscle and lose fat i also have man boobs and i want to get rid of them. i have a big stomach i wanna bring my stomach down to. my problem is that i only got 5 pound dumbbells and on of those bicycle things. i don't have access to a gym. so i need some workouts i can do at home with out many things plz help. i also want to build up some abs.

when you work out you tear your muscles tear, forcing them to heal by making muscle tissue, making you stronger. you need to rest every other day so the muscle tissue can grow back and get bigger.

alternate exercises so your muscles get a fuller workout.

it is good to feel the burn but dont push yourself so hard that you overdo it. when you first start working out your body has to ajust to what your doing forcing it to build more muscle mass. after two to three weeks you should put on more weights(about 5-10 lbs per 1-2 weeks) so your body doesnt get acustomed to what youre doing, making your workout less effective.

In the morning, before you eat breakfast is best time to work out. Keep blood in the body and out of the intestine And then eat a good clean protein and plenty of liquid. there is a chemical in your brain that is triggered in the morning
helping you gain muscle.

for getting rid of fat i suggest running, skipping and swimming. exspecially swimming because it is a great toner and it works out every muscle group. swimming is my toner and fat looser of choice.

for toning your body or just beefing up and getting fit it depends on how fast your body heals and how often you work out. it also depends on how powerful youre workout is and what you eat. eat a balanced diet ALWAYS.

Ok an easy but mildly painful way to build muscle is PUSHUPS. do about 100 pushups a day every other day. Eats lots of lean meat for protein. And try to lay off faty foods. and for the 5 pound dumbells they can also help. do bicep curls they will help. Remeber only do weight training every other day or u will strain ur muscles.
