Is it possible to lose 63lbs (4 and a half stone) by September?!


Question: I exercise 6 times a week (run 3 times, do a martial art twice and go to the gym once). I eat very healthy, 3 meals a day - usually cereal, soup then chicken & veggies, spaghetti bolognaise, mince and rice etc. Drink 3-4 litres of water a day and ALWAYS have my five fruit and veg a day.

Possible to lose 63lbs by September?? I want to do it properly and not by starving myself. If you think 63lbs is a bit ambitious, how much do you reckon I could lose?

Yep, depends what you weight now. Cut out paste, meat and bread... just have cereal, soup and veg with the exercise you already do this should make a difference.

Some cereals are high in calories. How were you eating before this diet?

To keep the weight off, you'd have to do it for the rest of your life, though.

I think it's possible. You have about 7 months.

There is no need to loose 5 lbs but it will more then likely make you
