Can I lose 3lbs a weeks doing this? =)?!


Question: I've been eating about 800-1000 calories a day... Not on purpose tho. I eat very low cal healthy foods and burn about 1000-1200 calories a day also. Will I gain weight? I'm never hungry at all and I seem to be losing weight and do not feel dizzy or anthign.. I'm always in a good mood =)

How much weight can I lose in 3 weeks doing this?

I am 5'3" and 128lbs! ahh!
But I am doing weight lifting too.. I don't really mind the weight issue that much... I just want to get rid of my fat and tone up a bit.

Well two things can happen here. Your life style sounds healthy and fesaible.

1.You will loose probably 10 or more lbs in three weeks.
2.You'll loose a little weight, but gain it back, but it isn't in fat but in muscle, to help with tone. :D its a good thing you most likely won't ever go over 128 if this occours, so don't worry. The tonings sounds good.

:D keep up the good work, if you ever do feel hungry eat. :D if not don't like you said -I'm never Hungry- :D sounds good.


-Side Note-
Miss Cookies doesn't know pooty about burning calories apparently and don't let that scare you. Burning more calories than you eat isn't even close to anorexia, its the opposite and the more appropriate approach for weight loss, or atleast the way you are doing it is safe. If you burn more calories than you consume you kill off some, and then kill ones that are stored which in general is fat. But make sure your body fat level stays at a minuim of 3% lol, anything less is nasty and for that matter 8-16 is good.

At 128 lbs, you shoud be happy with your weight. If you work-out you shoud eat more.

First off, NEVER burn off more calories than you eat. That's 'like' anorexia because your basically not eating anything.

Second, Hun, I understand you wanna lose a few pounds and tone up, but just do some crunches, no need for crash dieting.

And you are at a healthy weight :)

cuz latley iv been eating about 800-1000 calories a day like you & iv lost 7 pounds in the lsat 2 weeks!!!...yeahh

to the person that said never burn more calories than you eat b/c its like anorexia.. actually that is the way you lose weight,, to burn more than you take it. duh
