How do I lose 5-7 pounds? I gained so much weight from binging on junk food :(?!


Question: NO NO NO NO NO!!! if you listen to what i said on your "be healthy less junk food question," that will help you lose the wieght without trying that hard.... its not important to lose weight unless your doctor told you too, ok? if you start being healty, that is like a diet... eating only foods god made for us to eat.... that would be my answer- go on a diet- 6 meals a day- small- healthy- organic things- fruits and veggies- and less SUGAR!!! its ok to splurge everyonce in a while though

1200 calories a day - running, or a good cardio excercise. Try to go for at least 30 min.

Exercise, steady diet as long as its over 1500 calories a day, and determination.

If you want a quick fix for those sudden binges, purging helps. Give me heck but it's saved me from hours of exercise.

listen, if you keep these rules every day.. as in every single days!! you will lose weight in just 2 weeks.
ok. it's really easy.
first, drink at least 6cups of water a day(don't drink sodas)
second, exercise everyday in 30minutes(anything you like. i prefer dancing)
third, lift weight at a level where you can feel "the burn" in 5 minutes.
