15yrs old 105 lbs and want to know how to gain weight and muscle?!


Question: Hello, I am 15yrs old, 105 lbs (male of course) and want to gain muscle/weight but really dont know how.... at all. :\ So basically i am stuck in the clouds here lol. Also what kinds of diets i could use as such in high proteins or something to gain weight.

Well, first off its going to be hard for you to gain weight and/or muscular mass at this age. That being said, the best things you can do are focus on anaerobic exercises, such as weight lifting, swimming, sprinting, et cetera. Follow each exercise up with protein and something with lots of vitamins like vegetables or fruit. Take a vitamin like Centrum or any multivitamin like that daily. And give it time, you aren't going to become Arnold over night :P

What height are you?

Don't feel too bad. I'm a 16 year old girl, a year older, and I weigh near what you weigh.

You're better off joining the weightlifting club in school. :-)

You eat alot and that builds fat. then you work out and the fat turns into muscle. im 15 and weigh 125 im trying to get to 130.

umm... if you want to gain weight eat alot and don't exercise if you want muscle go the gym and lift weights. muscle does weigh more than fat. so you can be fit and weigh alot...

eat protein and exercise a lot!! drink water good luck! :)

Start with push ups. do as many as you can. after that do that total in 4sets with 1 minute rest between sets. when you get to where you can can do 100 push ups in two minutes the you are ready for weights. weight build muscle. muscle is mass. mass is weight.

i know a secert and i will tell you it and this is what it is get ready lol weights help a lot!!!!! if in school or where ever you have weight classes take them they are oh so helpfull to build muscke also eat thing that are regular and non fatning. another thing is that when you start building muscle it will help you fell more healthy and for guys Hot lol

Unless your like 4'10, then you're mega skinny. I would recommend starting out with 5 lb. weights and maybe 10 pushups a day.

best way is to start a rountine.

begin with a healthy breakfast
do pushups in the morning and at night
go to a and do a different body part every two day

biceps
shoulders and back
legs

after you lift it is good to run or do the tredmill for a good 10 minutes

eating alot of carbs will also help

spagghetti
rice
