For starters what u did is OK. To get the most out of your treadmill workout either walk for 1 hour non stop or run "non stop" for 20 mins but slow. Do your ab workout after walking or running.

Don't really see the point of 10 minutes wasted on abs but yes the cardio seems nice.

And remember it's not just about eating healthy. It's about eating in proper amounts too.

i say you should have fun while excersising (:

go swim with your friends, climb a tree or monkey over hugee giant rocks, play tag with your friends, be a kid even if you arent one :P
