Protein intake for 155lb 17yr?!

Question: So i am 5'7 just got back into weight lifting and i was wondering how much protein i should consume on a daily basis to get much bigger (180lb would be great) though i would like this to be muscle not fat so i would like to stay away from mass gainers and just take whey and yes i know it takes time. My upper body is quite weak (hard time bench pressing 180) and i have a fat belly though my legs are really strong (leg press 565lb 3x10) i know it ridiculous.. haha any suggestions appreciated.

you should be intaking at least 155-194 grams for gaining muscle. you may increase this up to 250 grams. but keep within the 155-194 grams limit. if you want to gain muscle size, and strength aswell as pump i would go for bsn - n.o. xplode. if you want to drink protein shakes then stack the bsn - n.o. xplode with either bsn - cell mass or bsn - synthia-6. the no xplode increases strength and size. these products are great. also when taking supplement to make them effective follow a diet that consists of these amount of nutrients...

Calories: 1705-1860 kcals
Protein: 194-233 grams
Carbs: 124-140 grams
Fat: 42-47 grams

hope this helps mate.

just take 1 g of protein per lb of weight so 155 g of protein a day. Of course this doesnt all come from protein powder, as you get itfrom normal foods like meat too.
