I want to tone up but I can't!!!!!!!!!?!


Question: Hi! I'm a young lady that has a full body. small bust, big *** and hips but I have a jelly roll and I hate it. I don't need to lose weight just lose that roll and I don't know how?!?! anybody have any idea? Thanks bye!

Yes,the most important thing is diet.Beware because American foods are so fatty.Try to stay away from pork products and fast foods.Just eat a well balanced meal 3times a day and stay away from fat and skin on meats.Continue that lifestyle and im sure you will see a big difference.Stay away from diet pills.Don't look for the miracle be the miracle.

start walking.

do pilates, as it stretches and elongates the body. it really does work!

sit ups, and cardio.

sit ups tighten the stomach muscles, but the fat will cover the muscles, so do cardio excersise too, like cycling running or swimming.

Totally get what you're saying.

You may want to try Pilates. The exercises are designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body without adding bulk. Think of a dancers body, they use Pilates as part of their daily training.

Try to find a good matwork class in your area.

Pilates does work if you go! It will take some time to notice the changes in your body, but they will be profound and stay with you.

That roll cannot be toned. It is fat and must be lost the old-fashioned way, unless you have it sucked out. You can do all the crunches in the world, but the muscles you build will stay hidden under the roll until you burn the fat through traditional weight loss. Sorry...

That treadmill thing ..... I am afraid it is the main thing that has helped me. 8 weeks ago I was 223, I am down to 202. I am up to a slow run of 5 miles - 3 days a week. I have about 20 more lbs. to go.

I don't want to sound like a cheesy 80's movie, however, you have to decided to do it - no one else can do it for you. That whole strength for with-in thing...... I am afraid it is true.

Something else I do is Alli. It helps, but running has helped more.
