Need to gain some meat in my rib cage area! How? (10 poitns)?!


Question: You can literally feel the bones of my rip cage area. When my arms are lifted, you can see the bones marks but if my arms are down then you can't see the prints. How can I gain more meat in that area?

What u see is perfectly OK. When u raise your arms, some surface fat on your rib cage is stretched somewhat & layer becomes thinner so gaps between your ribs are more obvious.

If u really want to build more meat in there go to a gym & do bench presses, dumbell flyes, lateral pull downs on a wall pulley back machine, barbell rows. Finish it off with dumbell pullovers lying down on a bench. Key is do 2 exercises for your chest & back. Do 10-12 reps x 3 sets each exercise. Since u r in the gym already work out your legs also, do some half squats 6-8 reps x 4, squat at least 75% of your body weight.

when u gain weight u gain it everywhere.
