This girl in school eats more than be and she is skinny and i'm fat why??!


Question: so i sit there at lunch eating my apple trying to lose wight and it's not working and she sits there and stuffs her face with pizza and never gains weight now i know what your thinking she probably exercises a lot but NO, she is about as fit as a block of wood i saw her in gym class now i know all that **** about metabolism but don't you get a high metabolism from exercising and like i said she is as fit as a block of wood so i am really confused right now anybody want to shed some light on this

Don't be down hearted... some people have a higher metabolism to work on the food we eat. I certainly don't and went on this great way of eating. You can lose 10-25 pounds in one month... safely. Just follow these rules.

I lost 92 pounds, down from 325 lbs. The first week I started eating this way I lost 8 pounds... but it was probably because I was so big to begin with.

The rules are...
Food group 1
Fats, meats, oils, cream, butter

Food group 2
Veggies (no avocado or potatoes or carrots, these turn immediately to sugar when they hit your saliva).

Food group 3
Carbohydrates, rice, pasta, potatoes, non fat milk.

Food group 4
Fruit, eat only in the morning, on an empty stomach, about an hour before breakfast, not after. Don't eat it at night.

Rule... eat anything from group 1 with anything from group 2.
Rule... eat anything from group 2 with anything from group 3.
Rule... Do NOT eat group 1 with group 3.
Rule... No soda, caffeines, whole milk, yogurt, avocados, bananas all of these have fat and carbos so when you want to lose weight don't eat them. Afterwards you can.

Picture this in your head, insulin from your pancreas is secreted, to help digest sugars, and anything digested with it will be 'stored' as fat. So if you want the pasta and bread, don't have the butter or oil or meat, instead have a marinara tomato sauce, or sauted veggies with garlic, no oil or butter with carbos... remember.

its really metabolism my brother is super skinny and has never had a vegitable in his life well he has but he hates them all he eats is junk
i try to eat healthy and im a heffer
he doesnt excersize he was just born with it
after excersizing for a while ur metabolism will go up

Your metabolism can increase the more fit you are, but you can have a high metabolism and not exercise at all.

it really sucks but some people are born with fast metabolisms and others aren't and have to work to stay at a healthy weight, but exercising does a lot of good in trying to lose weight

#1 - you both have different genetic profiles

#2 - you both have different daily levels of activity

#3 - you both have different amounts of muscle and fat which effects how the body utilizes nutrients once they are digested

#4 - you don't know how she eats at home. lunch may be here main meal of the day

I think that it would be a good idea to try not worrying so much about your weight, and to make life more simpler for yourself.
Just eat one good meal a day,mostly grains like rice also beans cereals, like hot cereals and fruits,takes brisk works around the block,or the park. And most important do not spend time on checking other people weight, it only makes you get a complex about your beautiful self. I personally love women that are a little bit heavy and plump.,it gives me something to grab on too.
