I really want to loose my chubby tummy read details below.?!


Question: Im 16 sooner or later 17, i dont over eat or eat bad junk food but eat little often and able to starve myself (which doesnt get very far). i take an hour bus journey to school with barely any walking distance inbetween, i cant go out on weekends, if i do not for very long, i cant get any personal trainer or do after school or extra activities. i dont have any equiptment in my huse and doing situps or any single exercise just pisses me off with no result, i used to be 8.12stone still chubby but now 9.6stone.

i want to get rid of this once and for all, im so fed up! help please!! fast.

How about getting off the bus a bit Early and walking to school? or buy a skipping rope it burns a lot of calories and you can do it every where also staving yourself isn't going to help you in the long run.

Exercise more and eat lesser.

if you change one part of the body, it affects the rest of the body. you can't just expect to transform one aspect of your body. if you'd like to lose weight in your stomach, you have to lose weight overall. eating healthfully and exercising are common sense and are the only things that will be effective in the long term. a combination of cardio and weight training/strength resistance is key. as for diet, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, plenty of water, and PORTION CONTROL are keys. good luck on your weight loss efforts. physical fitness i a lifelong journey, not a one-time battle.
