Is it possible to lose weight by just eating less, but in a healthy way without !


Question: Yes it can happen, but eventaully you will stop losing weight. I would suggest exercising, any exercise is better than none. Fine something you like to do, like a sport, or riding your bike, or join a gym. You may be able to lose 5 pounds by eating healthy and not exercising though. =D

yeah its possible but not as effective.

It is possible. If you switch all your unhealthy foods wiht healthy foods, and as long as you eat three meals a day.
